After 3 phone calls & patiently waited for over a month for them to call me back regarding my broken diswasher, they finally rang me, only to say my eftpos card details they insisted on taking over the phone did not work, & that I had to go in to their shop for them to swipe my card. For what? For a service I wasn't getting? Forget it, there are plenty other businesses in the area I can patronise. Can't be bothered with them.

My DeLonghi Cappucchino Machine ESAM0411X had a transmission fault which was repaired by Metro Wide under warranty. In my opinion the machine is now operating better than the original machine.

I have taken my Hoover vacuum cleaners there to be serviced over many, many years. always repaired properly. can also buy the vacuum bags there. Have had them out to service my Hoover washing machine and they always picked up the problem quickly. Don't be put off by the look of the shop front - they are there to do the servicing, not to be a 'pretty' shop
