Took my wedding band in to be re-sized. Instead of cutting and ruining the pattern they where able to "shrink" it with out removing any gold for the same price as everyone else wanted plus they kept the gold. I would highly recommend Michael's Jeweller's to anyone needing any work done. Great customer service.

I'd never been to this shop before but a pendant in the window caught my eye so I went in to enquire about it. The lady who assisted me was welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I did not have any money and was not intending to make a purchase and in most cases that is enough for the sales person to treat you indifferently because you are wasting their time. Due to her attitude, I returned three days later, put the pendant on lay-by and purchased a leather necklet for another item. The way I was treated on this occasion by the sales assistant, the head jeweller and the Manager/Owner? has ensured that I am now returning to get some items I already own customised to fit better. This shop will now be my first port of call to meet my jewellry needs.

Michael has been making jewelry for me, particularly custom designed rings, for over 20 years. His work is beautiful, advice is excellent and he is honest to the hilt. In the design process Michael is patient makes allowances for me insane requests. Highly recommended.
