Normally fine with this company which I use approx once a week but the service I received last night was atrocious!!!!!!!! Call cab, arrives ten minutes later and driver sits in van and watches me get half my shopping out of trolley, go to rear door put shopping down, open door, get in, move seats up, get out, put shopping in, go back to trolley pick up rest of shopping, at this point he goes to get out but saw I had everything and got back in, leaving me to put in rest of my shopping, get out, pull door half closed then get in and shut door completely. He sat and waited for me to tell him where to go, did not ask, then same thing regarding shopping occured on arrival at my destination. I will be using this business in the future but will wait for them to realise that customer service is part of their job!!! This experience was the worst but the standards of service are slowly degenerating and this business needs to get those drivers who are excellent to teach those like I had last night

You need to check out South Bank Cineplex. Why I hear you ask, well to start movie prices. Children and Pens are $4.50, students are $6.50 and adults are $7.50 (and yes these are EVERY DAY prices, not specials). Snack bar large popcorn is $4.50 and as to the sizes their small is nearly as big as a BCC large. Easily accessible by public transport, car park is very small but it is FREE by showing your movie ticket! Great destination place if you wanna make a day of it cause right near Southbank and weekend markets. Also have sister cinemas at Balmoral, Hawthorne and Victoria Point if you want to drive. Been going to this place myself since I took 2 adults, 2 pensioners and 4 children out and got dinner, movie tickets and movie drinks and snacks to watch the Lion King for the same price as just getting tickets at BCC cinemas. Very busy place so make sure your early but still very clean and tidy. Check it out and I promise you won't be disappointed!!

Smashed the screen of my daughter's brand new laptop (a present from her dad so I was going to have hell to pay if he found out!) and needed it repaired before she went to see him for the weekend. These guys fixed it within 2 days at half the cost quoted to me by every other repair service I contacted. Great service, very reliable cause they said it would be ready in two days, and it was! Unbeatable price and service compared to other companies. These guys know what they are doing

Just moved to this area and just started shopping at this store, it used to be a BiLo. It is very small for a Coles store so the range of goods isn't as extensive but the people are fantastic! They are experiencing a loss in custom due to the new centre built right across the road and as we all know loss in custom means loss in casual hours but despite this the people I have encountered while shopping are happy and cheerful and will help you wherever they can so let's help them. Great place if you want to grab a couple of things or do a mid-week top up to your groceries

My partner wanted a cd he used to have years ago (the first one he ever got) but said it was impossible to find. I made one phone call and had it for him within 2 weeks, shipped from this shops sister store in LA, at no extra cost!!!! Since that day we have become regular customers and absolutely love it. The couple who run the shop are lovely people and if they can do anything to get what you want they will. This is a one of a kind shop for anyone looking for band merch, old or new music and collectible items. I now carry round some of their business cards and when people comment on my band shirt or retro radio bag I tell em where to go and give them a card. Great for gifts and they have a loyalty program. Awesome, most amazing rock shop ever!!!!

I'd never been to this shop before but a pendant in the window caught my eye so I went in to enquire about it. The lady who assisted me was welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I did not have any money and was not intending to make a purchase and in most cases that is enough for the sales person to treat you indifferently because you are wasting their time. Due to her attitude, I returned three days later, put the pendant on lay-by and purchased a leather necklet for another item. The way I was treated on this occasion by the sales assistant, the head jeweller and the Manager/Owner? has ensured that I am now returning to get some items I already own customised to fit better. This shop will now be my first port of call to meet my jewellry needs.
