Great friendly staff who clearly know their regulars. Positive atmosphere and the staff all have a vibrant attitude in their workplace. Coffee was by far the best in Erindale and their whole range of cakes and savory items are delicious!

we had our daughter,s 40th birthday cake made by them. It was the worst ever! all artificial, no flavor, and poorly decorated!! we were all very disappointed, most of it was thrown into the bin! it was so bad! would never recommend them for their cakes at all!! Don,t use them for any cakes need for special occasions as you will be disappointed as we were.
That would have to apply to all of the Michel's Patisserie stores as they use the same bakery. It's not just Erindale Michel's, it would be the exact same at any other Michel's in the ACT and NSW. Besides it's not their fault, they don't make the cakes - the bakery does.
Michel's make pretty good coffee. It is a very busy little shop so it is occasionally a bit too frenetic for me, as I like to do some work on my laptop. The food isn't as good as the coffee, but it looks nice.
