Poor service, but in desperate need of a recliner, looked elsewhere, and cusack,s had what I wanted, otherwise i would have walked out then! Did not recieve the written guarantee, when the chair arrived! rang that day, another salesman answered, left a message for the person who sold it , to send the written guarantee, no reply, nor from the manager when i wrote with a complaint, sent a 2nd letter this time stating I would place it in the hands of Consumer Affairs, promptly rang, told it had been sent, (twice) to ring if not recieved in two days, rang , then and again 3 days later no sign of it, and still no further reply!! Now being placed in the hands of consumer affairs!! Rang only to leave that message!! Don,t deal with them!! rotten staff and management!! You won,t get the guarantee. they stink!!

wonderful! I loved especially, the service, Mira took her time, and helped me choose every item I wanted to buy, nothing was any trouble. Each time I have dealt with them it has been the same. and I,m very happy with each item I,ve purchased there. I would highly recommend "Holy sheet" to any-one. the pricing is very competitive, I recieved 20% off every item. Only tow were on special at the time. You can,t go past Holy sheet!! I was thoroughly impressed overall with this company, the wonderful service, good quality of their products, and never before have i found such honest business to deal with. Overall, my total experience from first enqiries, to dealing with them was a dream!! compared to many other businesses I,ve dealt with in past years. You can,t go past their prices also!! Cheaper than other quotes elsewhere!! I highly recommend them to any-onw who wants quality, service, and honest dealings!!

We bought a steak sandwich there last weekend, and would never go there again. We were given for the filling, a small piece of very thin steak, with a small piece of dry lettuce, and one small piece of tomato, in dry toasted bread, no onion, no sauce etc!! just gross. and we bought a pastie, which was even worse, small amount of carrot, and corn nothing else, the rest was thick gluggy, "Filler" Mine went into the bin! Don,t go there!! We won,t be caught again!!!

The few items I have purchased there have been rubbish!! poor in quality, and far over priced, most items also. eg: three cardigans I bought for winter, had to be thrown out in a matter of weeks, I was unable to get a refund, and summer top, which started to form a small hole after wearing it , only a few times. I wouldn,t shop there again, unless desperate and not able to get better anywhere else.

we have tried this pitza cafe several times, but, will not go there again unless desperate! the last few times we have bought either pitza, fish and chips or hamburgers mainly, and the fish and chips is the worst! I,ve ever been served, stale, re-cooked several times and the last lot of chips went straight into the bin! if they use real potatoe it is low grade and not freshly cut and cooked. Sick on last night, after the hamburger! Don,t go there! is all I can say!! Unless your desperate. The pitza was nice some time ago, but, now, it is the same as the rest, not very nice in tase, and not the same in topping.

bought two pair of sheets, one sheet had a small tear in it, in a few months after buying it, another just tore down the middle in a few months also. bought a small saucepan, the handle kept on coming loose! and was cheap and nasty!! Wouldn,t shop there again, nor recommend! to any-one. Cheap is! cheap as!

few items I bought, (bath towels and face washers) were poor quality, two of the towels were a dark green, after washing three times, color was still running out of them, plus, there was lint off them everywhere, when i asked for a refund I was told, "they do not give refunds" also, asked if they could order a qulit cover for me, told I would have to pay 50% of the cost up front, and if I did not take the item, I would lose my deposit! Who want s to deal with such!! I won,t! and would not recommend either!

The service was very good, the food nicely cooked and full of flavor, but, the main course and rice was only luke warm, otherwise, it was very good. the restaurant is very nice inside, with gentle Thai music playing in the background, We enjoyed the experience. nad would recommend it.

we had our daughter,s 40th birthday cake made by them. It was the worst ever! all artificial, no flavor, and poorly decorated!! we were all very disappointed, most of it was thrown into the bin! it was so bad! would never recommend them for their cakes at all!! Don,t use them for any cakes need for special occasions as you will be disappointed as we were.
