Had a very positive experience with the service at Herzog Steel. Being a woman, it can be daunting shopping for this sort of stuff. They were extremely helpful and attentive, and not at all patronising.

Have only had breakfast and coffee here, but had a good experience. They even invited me to plug my laptop in, which is a FIRST for me. Nice coffee, but food is quite expensive.

Michel's make pretty good coffee. It is a very busy little shop so it is occasionally a bit too frenetic for me, as I like to do some work on my laptop. The food isn't as good as the coffee, but it looks nice.

Fantastic every time! They have always gone out of their way to make the coffee experience a great one for me - and coffee experiences are the highlight of my life. I go to coffee shops usually at least 7-8 times a week, and this one is definitely my fave!

I have always found them very helpful and keen to please. They go out of their way to let you know if there are specials coming up, or there are some unusual deals that you might not normally see

While I find them very friendly, they seem quite expensive. I had my daughter's hair done for her formal recently. What she had done was very simple and took them only half an hour, but they still charged what they called 'Formal Rate' which was over $100! That is exploitative.

Have very reasonably priced products online and their service was very prompt. They were the only place where I could find exactly where I wanted, and packaged in the most economical way

They didn't do a very good job. Although they were recommended to me by a member of the AFP, they were hard to get in touch with and when they did the job, I had to get them back to finish it properly. It still isn't right. They were much cheaper than the larger firms, but not sure if that is enough.

They replaced window locks and door locks for my elderly mother after she was the victim of a burglary. They were very understanding and reasonably priced. Their service was prompt and quality was good

Very friendly! Sell just about anything. It is very rare that you can go to this store and not get what you are asking for. Also, there prices are very competitive considering their rural location and generalist nature
