Midas Car Care Centre knows what good service means. They did an impressive job with my vehicle -- and fast too. They also charge fairly, and ask you first before replacing any component or doing something to your car.

Sent my car in for a service and what a service it was!
Lovely new owners who go the extra mile.
Even got my car cleaned as that little difference.
Would definitely use them again.

Pricey and customer service was very poor. I brought my car in for service. I was notified about extra repair which i authorized but unnecessary extras were sneaked into my bill and claiming he told me over the phone. I am technically minded with cars and these extras were really not warranted. How do you expect customers to work so many sums over the phone? The fact that I was not aware of it adds to my rude surprise when I got the bill. To aggravate things, that person was quite aggressive when I tried explaining my concerns about the extras. Doesn't any service based business know that customer service is the most important thing in business? Should have followed my gut not to use them again after they did the same thing to me over a year ago. Only went there because it was the closest workshop to me. Never again, and not recommended at all.

I extremely apologies for what you have faced with Midas Kew. It was brought to our attention and due to poor customer service we have new Franchisee in place since last month.

I am sure that you will be impressed with the amount of change that has been done to this store. New Management and new staff operates this store.

This store is also going to get renovated soon to meet customer's expectations.

Please give us a go for one more time to correct the mistakes done by previous Franchisee. I am confident that you will impressed and nothing will hidden.
