We had a clean organised and scheduled. 40 minutes after the cleaner was supposed to turn up we rang to find out what was happening. Apparently there was a technical issue with their system and no one contacted the cleaner to actually come (despite having a confirmation message being sent to us 3 days before the clean).

We have started using Mini Clean for the last few months and they have easily been the best we have experienced since moving here a couple of years ago. The cleaners are always on time and good! They work quickly and efficiently and the girls in the office are also very nice to deal with when we need changes. Looking forward to more of the same! Please keep it up :)

We have used Mini Clean for about 2 years now and they are really great to deal with the most amazing cleaners and they bring all there own equipoment and they say they use environmentally friendly chemicals.
Quality: It seems like a professional job.
Service: No complaints and the admin is lovely and very helpful.
Value: I think is excellent
Overall: Much better than the last company we used who didn't bring any equipment!

We use these guys to clean our offices. They're awesome. Bins are emptied and washed, kitchens spotless, bathrooms are shining, nothing is a problem. Definitely recommend them. Not sure about the hourly rate but we spend $360 pw.

work out what you want done around the house and when then give these guys will be there when you say and do what you have asked and they are speedie and very reasonably priced so give them a call you and they will be there

We get a fortnightly clean from mini clean, the staff are always friendly and do a thorough clean. It's a good idea to write down in advance what you would like to have done around the house.

I contracted a cleaner from Mini Clean a few times when my son was very little, but was overall very disappointed with their service and standards. Thinking I was being trusting and a good client, I would leave the house when the cleaner came, so as not to distrub his work and my baby; only to find out one day when my partner came home early sick, that the cleaner was leaving early, without finishing the job, and I had already paid him! The manager was very understanding though, and gave me a full refund. However, I wouldn't use them again.
