I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I have been there several times, mostly because it is convenient (in the Brisbane CBD) and you can usually get a walk-in appointment. However, each time I have had a service there (hair removal with waxing) the job has been badly done, and there has never been an attempt made to check that they have completed the work nor have they checked if I am happy with the result. Further, during my most recent visit, I was left with no after-care, covered in sticky wax residue and raw underarms because the beauty therapist seemed to be too inexperienced to know that applying the wax more than once will remove skin! On top of all this, the price is not very affordable, especially given the quality of service. I have contacted the salon, but have received no reply.

We have used BryGen a number of times and they are great. Always provide great service, are polite and friendly and can be trusted. A lovely fmaily business- and their pest control really does work! We never have any cockroaches or other nasties, while maintaining our service from BryGen.

I went to Azorah for quite a long time, until I started to only use organic hair products. They use Keretase hair products- which are great, and all the hair stylists are very professional, friendly and talented. I can't recommend them enough. They even have a wine night where you can enjoy a glass of wine with your treatment! Really, Azorah is one of the best hair salons in Brisbane, in my opinion!

I contracted a cleaner from Mini Clean a few times when my son was very little, but was overall very disappointed with their service and standards. Thinking I was being trusting and a good client, I would leave the house when the cleaner came, so as not to distrub his work and my baby; only to find out one day when my partner came home early sick, that the cleaner was leaving early, without finishing the job, and I had already paid him! The manager was very understanding though, and gave me a full refund. However, I wouldn't use them again.

St Lucia Medical always provides excellent, customer centered service. I have been going there for about 18 months now for myself and my son, and the doctors there have really made a positive difference in my life. My son's doctor (Dr Ebby Patel) always encourages me to bring him in, even if I have the slightest doubt that he is unwell.

Great coffee, in a central location. Love the setting. By a busy road though, but this makes it very convenient.

Best hairdresser I have ever found. Valerie is amazing and does her very best to make every visit a truly relaxing and invigorating experience. Since having my hair styled by Valerie, I always get compliments for my hair and eyebrows.

Great environmentally aware shop you can trust. I've only shopped online with them, but have done so many times. Service is always great and delivery is fast. A toy broke from them broke once, and they replaced it very quickly.

This is one of my favourite cafes. They serve amazing vegetarian and vegan food, most of which is made on site. Saturday breakfast is amazing. The food it made with love and care. The staff are so nice and provide service with a smile always. I feel instantly relaxed when I walk in to My Heart Garden.
