I'd describe Mini dragon as a typical suburban Chinese restaurant that caters for western tastes.

Decent quality and portions and convenient if you live nearby.

If you are after a bit more variety, value and taste you may want to consider going to Kingsway in Glen Waverley.

Definitely going back here. Decor may not be 5 star but the food is. Decent sized serves. So many people queuing to pickup their takeaway orders, always a good sign

I recently dined in with a group of friends. While I agree that the food was really good, there were some minor but disappointing aspects of the service I didn't find so good. When I asked for additional menus to the table as I was finding it difficult to share one menu I was told no they would be provided "later" - was not impressed and then the same waitress kept standing on my foot when she came to our table. One of the dishes was roast pork with a large component of onion being the only veg. which we thought was a bit ordinary. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was fully occupied as would be expected but it was very noisy and hard to have a conversation as the acoustics is not good and the restaurant felt cramped. I definitely recommend the food and I would dine in again but on a quieter night. The prices are really good.

All the staff here always have a smile on their face. The food is excellent and a bonus is the free prawn crackers when ordering takeaway and free special fried rice if your order is in excess of $35.00. Our experience in the restaurant was very pleasant even though it is quite small.

We get take away from here. It is great. We've tried a lot of the dishes and all of them have been better than a lot of chinese we've had. We get a free special fried rice when we order over $35 and always get free prawn crackers - standard.

this is a great local chinese restaurant. It is quite small and intimate and our young children love it. the staff are very friendly and love the kids. Great food at a reasonable price.
