Booked removal during pandemic in Melbourne. Confirmed they were operating under covid 19 safe plan. Have used mini movers my entire life and first bad experience today. At 7.30am on day of move, company cancelled on me for no valid reason. Placed me in a horrific position. Avoid.

We have used Mini Movers twice and both times we have been extremely happy with the service. 2 competent and friendly blokes show up. They explain the process and the paperwork. Then they get to work. No issues, no stuffing around, no stupid questions or "misunderstandings". Smart and strong. Perfect. On both occasions our moves went smoothly. However, I did notice that the people whose houses we were moving into were having terrible issues with their removalists. They should have used Mini Movers. Prices were reasonable and no hidden costs. Nothing ever broken.

We used minimovers to move to our new house recently. Daniel, Joe & Ricky from the Coburg depot did an excellent job. Arrived right on times, worked super efficiently and always had a pleasant smile. Regarding the stairs we got at the new place, they didn't bat an eyelid and unloaded things with the same efficiency and also gave us a hand with assembling some furniture. Great job guys and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future. Thank you.

Moved part contents of house to storage to prepare for house sale. They rang me 45 minutes be fore they were due to arrive to advise they would be on time. They were very professional in their loading and unloading, and only charged me what was due, that is from their base departure and return.

Fantastic,reasonable pricing,very prompt,professional,friendly and happy staff.They were very quick at loading and unloading our goods and helped put furniture back where we wanted it,very happy with their service and would use them again in future.

It is a crap. They don't do what is promised. They charged us for one hour more than what we calculated they actually spent. Friendly staff but Company not reliable
