I hired mint cleaning to carry out an end of lease cleaning. They were very easy to deal with and carried out a thorough clean. The real estate agent was pleased with the cleaning make the inspection an easy process. Would highly recommend to any one needing end of lease cleans.

I found the website booking and quote tool very effect. After reading so many great reviews and being able to book online I decided to book a spring clean in.
The business communicated well in the lead up to the clean so I had high hopes of the standard I was expecting.
The cleaner arrived half an hour early which is better than late but I’d communicated in the booking I would be doing school drop off but would be home by 10. The cleaners spoke very minimal English so I found it quite hard and awkward to communicate. The reason I booked a spring clean in is because I’ve had a kidney infection and been unable to perform these duties myself. I was at the property when the cleaner finished as requested but the floors had been mopped so I was unable to really walk accross them to check the standard. After the floors had dried I went up stairs to check the bedrooms and was extremely disappointed. Not a single surface in my bedroom had been dusted. I could see the dust sitting on the bedside tables and talk boy. I then checked my daughters room - again no surfaces dusted and there was visible dirt on their rug that hadn’t been vacuumed up. The house was clean but didn’t have the ‘professional clean’ feeling I’m used to and frankly feel I may as well of just done the clean myself. I have had my house professionally cleaned many times and never paid a premium as high as Mint Cleanings. I was more than happy to pay the charge when quoted , but now the job has been completed I do not believe the price reflects the level of cleanliness or work involved. I feel there was a huge lack of attention to detail and at the end of the day that’s what I pay professionals for.

Dora was great help with a last minute end of lease clean, and was a very effective communicator around any extra charges on the day. I’m under no illusion that our carpet was in great condition, it has plenty of stains (from both us and previous tenants), but the carpet cleaning part out our service was by far the least effective we’ve ever had. Having rented for many years we regularly get our carpets both professionally cleaned and DIY it, but even our weekend job with a Bunnings hire carpet cleaner does a more effective job. I was disappointed considering I was also charged a significant extra fee for a ‘stain removal treatment’. The rest of the house was cleaned well, but it seems I’ve paid a premium price (as compared with every other quote I received) for what I’d consider a standard clean, I’m a little disappointed. Having cleaned our carpets so many times before, we know what a great clean and stain treatment can do to improve the stains, but this wasn’t the case for this service. If I’d know this was the case, I would have hired one of the many professional carpet cleaners we’ve used over the years for around the same cost and a much more effective clean.
