Love miranesse they will be much more popular soon as more people start to try their products. They are really good and I highly reccomend trying them asap

Ordered many times. I find the products mostly good but my favourite would be the eyeliners and the touch up palette.

Although good value I find alot of their products in the surprise boxes and glamm boxes are used over again and you do get the same of a few products.

The downside of this company is that they do not like critism. They will remove anyone comments on facebook who comments on bad service which I have been blocked in the past for commenting that noone has replied to me in two weeks and told another girl not to expect a reply based on my experience. No swearing, just plain feedback. I do not believe the reviews on their site so I am glad I found this page. I find also that their sales are more gimmick to lure you in such as the 75% off. Most the time it is a voucher for 50% off.

The VIP is fair but as I said they do regurgitate a number of items. It would be nice if they had products like the VIP box but age orientated. Lip gloss and eyeliner for the young members and maybe anti-aging for older members for example. That's not to say one should have those products but when I saw someone comment that it was no use to them the products they received other fans belittled the customer saying they should be grateful for the freebies from the VIP box. My argument using a friends account that the customer was supporting the business and had paid for a product and has every right to leave feedback. This customer came back and said "I see ___ deleted their post" basically saying how dare they post that and must have realised how stupid they were being. Mirenesse liked the post. Mirenesse likely deleted the negative feedback.

I did receive a faulty product and it was replaced free of charge. I still buy from them (silly me) because some deals are good but I just can't get past the shady marketing.

The mascara and the primer are great products. They are expensive but I do love these products. I purchased a lipstick once but I found it chapped/ cracked/ came off

Recently became a VIP having looked at the reviews here at WOMO, and decided to start leaving some reviews myself. Mirenesse offer a great service - friendly staff - you can just email them and enquiry and they get back to you pretty quickly! But the BIG thing i need to say is that their products have changed my life - My skin is smooth and soft blemish free and glowing - I always have people stopping me and asking which make up I use, And i am always pleased too say MIRENESSE!

I recently became a VIP Member with Mirenesse .. my first experience was a FREE Lucky dip product - I got a Cougar Mascara - and the postage was free too.. then they offered me VIP Membership for just $5 , normally $25.00 and I get regular emails with their specials including free make-up.. just pay shipping. I haven't had to follow up on any orders and the quality of their products is top shelf.. it is certainly an ongoing conversation amongst friends.. if you need to buy makeup.. I would certainly check Mirenesse first..

Found these guys on facebook! They were offering a free lucky dip to the first 200 people to go through checkout....It was a few times a day for a couple of days.....Man it was hard but I DID actually manage to get my hands on something....It was even free shipping so I didn't pay a cent!!! LOVE IT. I got a lipgloss. The colour was great...Was glad I got a colour i could actually wear. And the postage was super fast...I won on the Friday and it was there by Tuesday the next week....Cant complain about that service...Esp when its free. They do offer Gift boxes for $20 and the stuff in them is worth $100...If you like cosmetics...check it out!

i have only recently started using mirenesse products and im very satisfied with them so far...i love their moisturiser it makes my skin feel so soft ...they always have fantastic half price promotions for quality products

good products here and quick delivery.i contacted them via email asked to opt out of sms service,they no cost,yet it cost me 50 cents to opt out.Quick service overall,good items.

I absolutely love Mirenesse's Hand Renew Cryotherapy Gloves, they are a tad on the pricey side, but well worth the money.
These are my favourite Mirenesse product, I do also love their foundations and mascaras but these Cryotherapy hand therapy gloves leave my hands soft and take away the appearance of the fine lines. They are well worth the money, and Mirenesse package them so nicely plus if you join their VIP club you get a discount off their products!
