I bought a Belkin wireless modem from them for only $10.00 (which is a very good price).

Then a few weeks later they made a very big mistake and sent me a Laptop computer that I never ordered. I was extremely honest and rang them up to say it didn't belong to me. After two weeks of staying home so that they could pick up the laptop, they finally did. I was told if I ever needed a discount to let them know. I haven't received a discount from them as yet.

They offer one of the most competitive prices for laptops. You'll save somewhere between 50~200 dollars on your laptops compared to the major retailers.

They also have daily, weekly specials (of most, do not interest me)

I was in store physically for my purchase, made sure everything was up and running before I left the store as I was visiting interstate. From the sound of it you're better off visiting, rather than buying em off on line.

Still great price even though not the best in Australia.

I ordered a laptop on 22 December it is now the 16th Jan and the item still is to be delivered. Have been told l need to wait for 28 working days before they will investigate. Complete waste of my time and money. I will be in contact with ombudsman to get money returned.Service department complete waste of time Dont use them

Hopeless is as nice I can be about this organisation. I ordered my laptop in March. Received an absolute lemon. Booted it up and within 5 minutes was on the phone to Lenovo. Dead on Arrival. Had to frig around getting paperwork to send back to MLN. They failed to pick it up from the Post Office. Had to track it down myself. Had to PAY to send the piece of rubbish back to them. Overall a most unpleasant experience. Pray they don't send you a piece of crap. Absolute rubbish if anything goes wrong. Lets face it the measure of the company is how they manage a situation if anything goes wrong. Buy instore (somewhere else), these guys are a waste of time. Oh, and I finally got my working computer on the 3rd June...2 months later.

Being so central the store has fantastic stock at my fingertips. Very dissapointing that you must wait so long for service. When phoning the store the person your after is always busy, and rarely returns calls. Its just difficult for you as the end user to have to re-explain your story to each different sales person.

These guys are okay. Sometimes I think they over-state the real savings you make by showing the original RRP on a laptop or other item when the market price is now only a fraction of that price. Service was satisfactory, although couldn't get their website email form to work on two occassions now.

I want everyone to know the fantastic service and value I received from this company. I did alot of price shopping before I bought my laptop and i found mln to have the best prices, my friend put me on to MLN (www.mln.com.au) which were AKA www.notebooks.com.au or www.laptops.com.au years back. I mean these guys were so switched on, they knew what they were talking about, the products were all on display, a proper showroom, prices were unbelievably cheap, the customer service was top notch, i couldt have asked for better computer shopping experience. After seeing those big department stores and comparing these specialists i call MLN the laptop heaven.
