Great computer company, finally a place where I can get good service, staff know what they are talking about. I am very pleased with my computer purchase from them. Previously I dealt with a local place in Sunshine, and I will never going back there.

Pre Ordered an ASUS G751JY on the 23rd of January 2015.
Laptop still hasn't arrived... it's now the 9th of April 2015.

Email correspondence ground to a halt when they blocked my email address from sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected].

There was nothing harsh said in the emails, just general queries regarding the status of my order, after waiting almost 3 months for a sh ipment to arrive.

I wish the online division for MLN were as decent as the brick and mortar stores in Melbourne.

One of the reasons why I think that the laptop failed to deliver was because they advertised a price lower than what they were willing to pass as an acceptable profit margin.

I feel like I was the only one to order the laptop, which meant that they would be making a loss on my sale, or the profit margin would be minimal, so it's reflected back in their customer service regarding my order.

"We're making a loss on this sale, so who cares... we're better off if he asks for a refund"

Which I did ask for... but that's when they blocked my email address to prevent any further communication.

I required a cheap notebook for mum and as she is a little older had specific requirements, wanted something for when I travel and also something for my work. Was able to nail all three with the right price points, advice and product. Very time efficient

I had a computer that was repaired outside of warranty and then I also purchased another computer, more than helpful and ripper prices. i got my data back, was looked after really well, and the advice and range of computers was really good. The people there are really experienced and know what they are talking about which is very very helpful. The pricing up front is great.

It's usually to good to be true when you have great prices, there's always a catch. I couldn't find it with these guys. Bought on the website last week and went to their shop on Saturday for another computer. Both times great, had a small problem, was fixed in 5 minutes, and it was probably my fault yet they helped. My online order took two days in total which was fa.

Order online from MLN frequently, emails get answered in 24 hours, while there is no phone support for online orders, you dont need it, as you can jsut log into your account and track your order anyway. As with all online ordering, if you place your order correctly, you shouldnt have any probllems, I like the fact that they are fast and if and when there is a problem it gets resolved (not that I have ever had more than one)

Bought notebook online in August. Received no emails to confirm purchase and rang store to enquire about it but store has nothing to do with online services and were not interested. Email is the only form of correspondence available, their response takes hours or days to arrive and is not relevant to the query. First notification of purchase was upon delivery day via a tracking notification from Australia Post. I bought another laptop for myself this week as prices really good. Big mistake. It has been delivered to address of previous laptop 300km away in spite of confirmation by them of the correct mailing address on the invoice they actually sent me this time. Emailed them 8 hours ago but no response yet. I think their customer service is overseas and not at work yet because emails come between 5pm and 2am. If I want my computer soon I have to pay postage and register it myself. A frustratingly bad company that I would not recommend to any one. Customer service is non existant.

I would have to say MLN will be my first choice to purchase any PC item. 1. They email confirmation of your purchase almost immediately 2. They thourghly detail different Payment option and payment process time and this will reflect ETA. 3. They have excellent customer service. I have used MLN for the last 15 purchases and each time they have delivered. If your thinking of purchasing item from this fine establishment do not hesitate they are fantastic and trustworthy.

Like their other stores, great price on computers and peripherals. I bought a Microsoft wireless bluetooth mouse rechargeable for fifty dollars. The man who answered my questions on it was very helpful also.
