I went there to get my phone screen fixed as I dropped it. At first they said it would take 30mins, then we came back and they said it would be done by midday the next day. Came back at 5pm or so the next day to be told it would take another 30mins. Had to return twice more to actually get the phone back. Then about an hour after getting the phone back a line appeared on the screen which grew and grew ( we were leaving the state so couldn't go back the next day). Rang them and they said they would fix it for free as it had a warranty. When I tried to get them to replace the obviously faulty screen they refused saying it was my fault and I must have broken the screen by putting in my pocket. I did not drop or knock the phone as I was babying it as it had just been "fixed". They refused to uphold the warranty. The staff were very rude and even suggested that I should have taken my phone to Samsung to get it fixed in the first place. They made us wait and wait and then in the end didn't even test the screen properly as they were closing for the day. The salesman was horribly rude. Do not take your phone here (ever unless you like being ripped of and insulted by men with poor grammar). They don't even think it is a good idea!

The new Mobile phone hospital new shopping mall Wollongong. Excellent Customer service friendly salesguy very helpful. I went to one of their outlets but didn't have the colour phone cover I wanted, was going to sell me one but also reduced the price. Told me to go to the new one and I he matched the price and had the colour that I wanted. Just wish I could remember his name. It s the new outlet on the ground floor just outside coles.
