When my carpet need cleaning, it's a no brainer. Call Ian (now he's running his own business called monster clean, quit from Jim's cleaning). Every time, they're on time, polite and do a great job. What's not to like?
This time i got my sofa cleaned and especially the cushion that my infernal cat decided to use inappropriately. He cleaned everything several times over and it looks great.

A friend of mine recommended Monster carpet clean to do the carpet cleaning for me. All i have to say is~WOW. My carpet is rejuvenated and look brand spankin' new. 5 stars! I called around to get quotes from multiple places in Ringwood and this was the only one can get the job done at same day. Ian was excellent. It took two minutes to book an same day appointment I could get before going in to work, and job arranged around 4pm.

When he got here, he was super courteous, friendly, and very knowledgable on carpet care. He even gave me advice on how to maintain my carpet in the future. The job was done in 1 hour. He even got out a stain that was over a year old from coffee. Also accepted square payments which is awesome!

I will definitely be using him in the future for all my cleaning needs.

I used monster carpet clean's service last week and I have to say that their customer service was outstanding! They had cleaned my carpet which was badly stained by my dog. Now it looks like new. In my eyes their deep care was extremely impressive. They made sure not to damage my furnitures and also leave me some shoe covers. They took a great care of the work surrounding. I'll definitely use them again!

I still cannot get over how clean my mattress is! Really professional & quick...They came on time and called ahead to give an estimate of arrival. They totally know what they're doing. My sofa had food stains and pet hair...Pretty embarrassing but all gone. Its like new even after stains completely dried. Now my mom can sit and have nothing to say! Thanks again. The owner is tops! And super helpful!

I don't usually write reviews unless something was really great or really terrible... but I had an excellent experience with these guys
The owner of the business and another guy came today to do a deep cleaning of the furniture and carpet in my house. They were on time, super nice and did a great job. I have 2 kids and a dog, so while there were no big stains, just several years of wear and tear. Everything looks brand new - even the upholstered chair that is my dog's favorite spot and therefore the dirtiest piece of furniture in the house.

I will definitely use these guys again.
