5 stars! I called around to get quotes from multiple places in Ringwood and this was the only one can get the job done at same day. Ian was excellent. It took two minutes to book an same day appointment I could get before going in to work, and job arranged around 4pm.

When he got here, he was super courteous, friendly, and very knowledgable on carpet care. He even gave me advice on how to maintain my carpet in the future. The job was done in 1 hour. He even got out a stain that was over a year old from coffee. Also accepted square payments which is awesome!

I will definitely be using him in the future for all my cleaning needs.
