Andrew is a plumber who did my plumbing work around my home and he prizes also reasonably. He went beyond to ensure I was happy. Good job and genuine person.
For years this guy has made excuses for not doing work I am a community welfare worker and I have known Andrew since the early 80s.
He can't finnish a job he started but he wants me to pay him extra I won't he can't finnish a job he started so he doesn't get paid he left a drain exposed in my mother's backyard.
I feel sorry for the co-owner Jane who is also Andrews wife he has used her for years for his bad plumbing blaming her for his bad workmanship.
Now I know what Moore for less means.
You pay more and get less plumbing.
This person who has published this review has not told you how i I worked 15 hours without charging him and how l asked him for $ 250 dollars for the work I had done for him .then he hung up the phone in my ear .yes I didnt finish the job for him but would you if he wasnt going to pay your wages either, .also his job was a blocked sewer would you get covered in shit for $250 dollars but also he didnt pay me .please look at my other reviews I stand by them and they give you a more realistic view of what sort of plumber I am

Andrew has helped us out a number of times, especially when we had a couple of emergency situations. Most recently he assisted with the installation of a new Gas Hot Water unit.

The tap for the outlet to the rainwater tank would not open and the tank was overflowing after the Biblical downpour. This friendly and courteous gentleman was the very first to respond to my online enquiry for a plumber and arrived just a few hours later. He took the time to explain to me the situation and showed me how he would fix the problem. There was no hassle in solving the issue and promptly completed the job; in fact, he found an additional problem with the electric pump and fixed it for no extra charge! I would not hesitate to employ him again or recommend his services to others. (And yes; I have read the negative reviews on this site and I can say that their experiences were nothing like mine.)

Called Andrew out for blocked sewer pipe. Turned up at agreed time and carried out the job with great service. He let me know what the problem was. He gave great service and a fast outcome. Was very happy with what he had don e. Cost was very good.
A friendly and experienced plumber. Highly recommended
The plumber said if the fixed tap was still leaking he would come back again for no charge. We booked time but he did not show up as promised and would not answer my calls. The only time he answered was when I used a different number and he refused to honor his promise and come back to fix the tap. It was not a good experience, I do no trust him and do not recommend his services.

The gentleman was a very nice man but would not listen to what he was told. The taps were leaking because the had seramic disc taps that had a very low pressure setting on them. The pressure from the water main in the street was much higher than what the taps could take thats why they were leaking. pressure limiting valves should of been installed with taps at the time of installation. The taps were installed by a handy man not a plumber I could not install these valves be cause there was so room under the house to install them.. The gentlemans regular plumber when contacted said he didnt want to return thats why the handy man was called.the gentalman kept calling me to tell me what he wanted me to do that would not have made any difference. As time goes on these taps will leak more POOR MAN

Andrew is the most honest plumber that I have ever met. He not only came to my house at around 8 pm, and He also answered all my questions with patience. He also impressed me by giving a very reasonable quote on a big plumbing project.

We had just moved house, were drowning in laundry, and couldn't install our washing machine (the new laundry has an unfamiliar set-up). I called Andrew who was immediately sympathetic and told me he could come out that afternoon. He called again to let me know he was running a little late, and showed up by the time he said he'd be there. He worked quickly to install our machine, and even had me run a short rinse cycle to make sure there would be no leaks from any of the hoses (i was super paranoid!). The entire time he was friendly, chatty and polite, and i thought his fee was reasonable. Will definitely call on him again with any other plumbing issues.

Andrew was fantastic! He arrived for what should have been a quick easy job yet the job wasn’t as straight forward as first thought but he hung around till 8.30 at night to get it done! Extremely fair pricing and friendly man. Will definitely use him for all our plumbing repairs going forward. Very glad I proceeded with his quote!!

Came out on a Saturday afternoon and spent the time to figure out what the issue was. The first plumber I called came out at a service fee of $50 and told me that the job would cost $780 for a semi-permanent fix and $2,000 for a proper fix which included removing tiles. Andrew spent the time investigating and determined that the leak didn't happen all the time so therefore the issue couldn't be what the other plumber said it was. Turned out it was a slight blockage in the pipe effecting the air pressure and took only a couple of minutes to fix. Thanks to Andrews knowledge and persistence we saved a minimum $650.

Andrew is an "old school" tradesman. Punctual, knowledgeable and very cost conscious. Although the job required 3 visits, he stuck to his original quotation. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. A better than expected outcome.

Andrew was punctual, altered his arrangements to fit in with my availability. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem with the pilot light on my gas oven and promptly repaired it.

A very persistent and thorough plumber. I had a gas leak somewhere in my web of gas pipes and appliances. He went from location to appliance until finally the leak was discovered. A modest price and a cheery worker.
