1) Arranged for a tooth extraction - run of the mill removal. Was charged for a "surgical removal" which was not covered by my health fund. This was going to provide a greater amount of revenue than a standard extraction.
2) had to wait 20 minutes to be seen (even though I had an appointment).
Will *never* go to this surgery again.
Approximate cost: $200

Receptionists are nice. Dentists are knowledgeable and kind. They don't get grumpy at me (as others have done) about my oral piercings.
Sometimes they are a bit rough, but overall they do a great job.
Very clean place, wouldnt hesitate to go back!

In the best interest of our patients we provide the treatment that is best suited to them and as such can on occasion run a little overtime. This would have also been in your case were the extraction became surgical and the next patient would have been keep waiting.
