I must say, this was one of the best moving experience I have had in a while. From the communication with the office staff to the truck driver and his offsider. The office has listened clearly to my instructions regarding the bad excess and the heavy furniture On the day, A clean truck turned up on time, with a strong and friendly team, they have wrapped everything in blankets and shrink wrap which made me very happy and felt my items have been respected. nothing was broken and everything arrived safe and sound. I cannot fault this company and I would not hesitate to recommend it to all my friend and family that are looking for a great moving service.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD!! I had used them 2 times and first time there was dings in my equipment was ok with this but then the second time I had used them $5000 of my stuff including a TV, my kids beds and very important trinkets were broken. My friend and I personally saw them throw my stuff on the ground and down driveway. When i had confronted them with information he blamed me and was rude hard to get in touch with and even laughed at me. He even tried to intimidate me when I told him I will make a complaint and give in photographic evidence and eye witness statements . he also blamed me for using plastic containers then lied to fair trading saying that he tells people to not use plastic containers that he denies everything.. What a joke as if that would have stopped them throwing my stuff on the lawn and down a drive way and carrying way to many boxes at a time and dropping and braking them... they wont compensate even when told my kids are sleeping on the floor and had eye account of them running down my driveway to pick up dropped broken boxes...HE EVEN GAVE OUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT WITHOUT MY CONCENT. Will proceed further to fair trading. I would give them no stars if I could.

Terrible experience and poor service. Booked in and paid $100 deposit expecting a 7am arrival on the day. After about 20 calls that morning, I finally got an answer at 9am to say my job wasnt booked in. No apology or acknowledgement of mistake, just plain rude.

This is one of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with. They provided me with an appalling moving experience! Before the move, the customer service was exceptional, leaving me very confident our move ahead would be handled well. Sadly, I could not have been more misguided. Most of our items were damaged. The movers themselves took little care and exuded poor attitudes from start to finish. Both the house we left and the house we arrived to, our new home, were also damaged. Subsequent complaints to the company, post move, have also been handled poorly. Oh how I wish I had known! I would never go anywhere this company with me valued possessions EVER again.

Professional team, Great attitudes, felt like my friends were helping me. I must say that the Move Me Group service exceeded all my expectation and made my move so stress free. Clean Staff, hard working, professionals. Thank you again for making my move hustle free.
