DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! I ordered a generator as it was listed as in stock. After 3 days I heard nothing from them so I called him. He told me he was out of stock and I'd have to wait 2 months for it. I asked for a refund as I needed the generator now. He said he would refund minus 3% surcharge because I was cancelling the order! I refused to accept that I was cancelling, he was not able to supply. He refunded me minus 3% I am now out of pocket hundreds of dollars!! He refuses to see that he is falsely advertising the generator on his website and then when people find out it's not available he then takes 3% of the order amount, I told him this is a business fee that he should wear not me.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHODDY BUSINESS OWNER!!!!!

when I needed replacement parts for an old trimmer they searched around to find me parts and were very informative and tried to help me a lot to find something suitable as the original parts were no longer available.

Raised from the dead my 30 year old Masport mower. Quote was only a little less than actual cost. FREE pick up and delivery as I was unable to transport the mower myself - VERY impressed! Language difficult but no barrier, the mechanic was patient and explained to me all the work carried out. Overall I was happy with the service - would definitely use again.

Servicing of near dead 20+ year Masport mower. It came back running like new. I have also purchased a Honda Lawn mower. good advice provided. Quality of servicing is excellent & range of products good

My brand new lawnmower that I purchased a few months ago from Bunnings stopped working (it wouldn't start anymore). The manufacturer told me to take it to Mower Power, for it to be repaired under warranty.

So I dropped it in and a few days later they called me up and told me it was ready. They said it had something wrong with the spark plug and they replaced it, and then they said it needed a service, which they had done. They then handed me a bill for the service work. They had never contacted me and asked me to authorize the work. It's a 4 month old lawnmower which had been used for not more than 1 hour in its life. In my opinion it shouldn't need a service.

Needless to say I was very unhappy and definitely won't use them again.
