DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! I ordered a generator as it was listed as in stock. After 3 days I heard nothing from them so I called him. He told me he was out of stock and I'd have to wait 2 months for it. I asked for a refund as I needed the generator now. He said he would refund minus 3% surcharge because I was cancelling the order! I refused to accept that I was cancelling, he was not able to supply. He refunded me minus 3% I am now out of pocket hundreds of dollars!! He refuses to see that he is falsely advertising the generator on his website and then when people find out it's not available he then takes 3% of the order amount, I told him this is a business fee that he should wear not me.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHODDY BUSINESS OWNER!!!!!

the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with!! I am a landlord that has been given the runaround on a number of issues. Numerous untruths from incompetent staff and phone calls rarely returned. Beware!!!!
