I have used these guys previously and had no complains, had a leaking roof due to an aircon issue, they first person attends (without lookong at the issue) insisted on a 2k service, we endes up doing it and they fix the leak also advising the original installer didnt do a good job. The system was working for over 8 years without any issues. Guess what 2 days after the fix have the keak again and when i contacted again they booked me but keep cancelling on me, rude staff on phone!! Beware, pls choose carefully!!

Will essentially lie to your face and won’t offer to repair water heater due to ridiculous arbitrary company policy in order to upsell a $5k replacement. This was their excuse to me on the phone after I made a complaint about their service.

The technician that originally came was extremely polite and knew is job. One look at the sewer he told me I should order the jetter. I asked home to run the snake and he did. Turned out he was right. So our. Comes the jetter and $2000 or so later a clear lateral.
This company is out for the customer not the company. Being honest will get my return business.
