Verandah and Carport Built. Verandah was built to a tight deadline near Xmas which was met without drama and with excellent result. This encouraged us to have a carport built by Chris and his team. The carport was similarly produced with excellent project management and workmanship. Both structures have added value to our house.

Consulted with Chris on the design of a new verandah, who then project managed the permits and building of the structure. Chris maintained regular contact with us during the job and ensured the overall quality of the work. The builders were great, and a pleasure to have on the site.

Extension to house - En suite. I engaged Mr Verandah to quote a extension to our property. He worked well all the way through a ever changing schedule of work. He always returned phone calls, always offered advice and assisted with ensuring the job was complete and to quote. The work was carried on a 1930's Californian bungalow and the extension looks like it was always there.

We had a double garage built - about 6x6.5 metres. Mr Verandah showed us various designs he had built and once we agreed to go ahead with the project it was completed when he said with the utmost professionalism. He is very organised as well as providing a excellent work. Three of our friends have also used him for carports and have been very happy.
