Took my faulty part into MSY in BoxHill and they have replaced it straight away and they gave me a new one. Fantastic service as most of the other retails don't really care and make you send your faulty items to the manufacture and make you claim it yourself.

Good computer parts retailer. Know what your looking for because they don't sit there for 5 hours helping you make up your mind! The have a large range and you can also purchase computer packages.

You have to know what you want to buy. They do not really serve you, explain what the product is. However, I can say the price is the best. The cheapest computer part you can get in Melbourne. Don't come at 6PM or after work time because you will have to queue since this is the peak time of this business

This place is a bargain store if you knew what you want. However, the service is really really crap (technically no service at all). It's like an IT hypermart where you need to know what you want to buy in order to get stuff from them

Cheap IT products, in CPUs, RAMs, HDDs, VGA Cards, Sound Cards, Speakers, LCD Monitors, etc. The only thing you must remember is to download their pricelist first and be prepared to "ORDER and GO". a shop where you DONT ASK ten-thousand questions.

If you know what you want to buy, this place is where to get it - their prices are the cheapest anywhere in Melbourne. If you want service though, don't expect too much, as there's usually a bunch of people waiting in a cue.

I've bought many computer parts from this place, as well as a bunch of USB sticks. Their prices are anywhere between low and phenomenally low, sometimes, especially in comparison to places like Officeworks. The service is a bit lacking because sometimes the staff strike me as tired/lazy. This is probably due to the huge number of customers they see everyday, though, as the line is always out the door.

Highly recommended, all my tech savvy friends pointed me towards this place!

If you know what you are doing this is defintely the place to get your computer parts! This is without a doubt the cheapest place for PC parts. Check out their website, find out what parts you need then head on in. Make sure you allow plenty of time because sometimes the line is out the door

msy box hill will save you plenty of cash. not the best customer service as the staff dont speak very good english but they stock a large range of computer parts and accessories. i would suggest you do your research before you join the queue.

Purchased several computer parts, as someone that works in IT I recomend MSY for for their unbeatable prices. Do not use MSY if you are looking for good service, the store is always busy and it's hard to get time with the staff.
