Amongst the MANY chinese restaurants in Box Hill this little restaurant certainly holds its own. You will always find this place packed with students and workers filling their bellies with yummy authentic chinese food. Don't come here for western chinese food - you'll find the real thing here.

This is a local little chemist - just a very basic, small chemist but if you're after some advice then this may be the place to go as they can spend a bit more time with you. Not a huge range but friendly service.

This place is quite the local hang out for breakfast - it certainly draws quite a crowd on a regular basis. The one time we had breakfast there we were left a little disappointed - my pancakes were cold... But I put that down to one bad meal not a regular thing

If you're after cheap, local pizza then this is then palce to go. Pizzas are about $8 and they are packed with toppings. Cheap and easy food for a Friday night.

This take away joint is great for charcoal chicken and chips. They use LaIonica chicken and rice bran oil. I reckon the chips are the best anywhere and my wife reckons the chicken is the best. Pretty good combo.

I hate paying money for new printer cartridges and this little shop in Ringwood Centre means that I have to pay just a bit less. Take in your old cartridges, go and do some shopping and then come back and pick up your cartridge which has been refilled.

This is a great local pharmacy where the pharmacist is happy to take a bit of time to talk with you. Great for going and getting a bit of advice. Probably not the cheapest around but it's great to support a local business

Why get your meat from the supermarket (probably expensive and not great) when you can go to Dench's? I've always had fabulous service here, great variety and always super fresh. Definitely worth a try.
