Great prices but service is a little average. Would definitely recommend customers to research what they are after, as the store is small and doesn't have many products available to look at or try out before buying. Besides that it is great if you know exactly what you are after and very well priced!

This store is terrible and a shame on the MSY name, the store is located in a horrible parking complex, the staff are horrid and mislead. They sell dodgy stock and unpack and open their goods and use them and then try and package them up and sell them as 'new' the only thing is they have to abide by the 'standard' prices of MSY. I brought a monitor 'brand new' from them and when Took it out of the box found the lcd screen was broken, I took it back to the store right away and explained my case but the manger would have nothing of it. Go to another MSY store.

Great computer shop, as long as you know what you want. As a IT guy I can get everything I need and a really good price. Very happy with there range and price.

Good prices and quality goods. If you do not know much about computers, then the service isn't fantastic. They will get you what you ask for quickly, but just hope you do not need help in figuring out what you want.

Good service, spend time making sure I got satisfaction. They didn't have the product I specifically wanted, but made a good effort to help me find a suitable one.

These guys are very much "wholesalers" you get exceptional value for what you buy, what isn't in the pricing structure is a lot of service. Basically if you know what your talking about with computers, the service is fast and efficient, and amazingly low pricing, however, if computers are somewhat of a mystery to you, you could feel disappointed. Be honest with your own level of computer knowledge and if you believe you know enough to ask for what you want by name after you have checked out their downloadable price list, then you would be hard pressed to find better pricing anywhere!

Extremely rude people who arn't nice to their customers. They give advice but don't stand but it and refuse to return something if their advice was incorrect.
