We needed to move from Adelaide to Melbourne and searched online for quotes. Most responses were offering approximately the same base price. We went with MTL because Jackie was really responsive to our needs and totally flexible. Also there were no unexpected “add ons”. We will be moving again soon within suburban Melbourne and we’ve already told MTL we’ll be in touch.

Rick is very easy to deal with and the price was really good. Chris and Clint did an awesome job moving my furniture from Mildura to Heyfield.

MTL staffs helped me to move all my furnitures, boxes and my very heavy piano from Canberra to Melbourne, people were so friendly and the process makes me feel wonderful.

Jackie contacted me directly after I posted a job online and actually they are the second lowest quote I've received at that time. The reason I choose them was because they sound more reliable and responsible (and they really are), and the pick-up / drop-off time perfectly matched what I need - only took 1 night from Canberra to Melbourne. At that time there was no company could do this as they have other jobs scheduled as well.

I have been provided good customer service as well during the moving process, all the dismantle / reassemble included which makes it stress-free. The only thing I had a bit concern was that my piano was a little out of tune after moving, however I think it normally happens and I retuned it last week.
