Almost every time I've been here, I've been disappointed. Upon two incidences when I ordered a cappuccino from here, the milk was thoroughly burnt. My taste buds were also burnt for the next two days. On a third occasion, I specifically asked for the milk to be a little cooler than normal, and the girl who served me echoed my order back to me in a condescending tone. To be fair, this was a few years ago, but my recent venture there was not happy, either. I asked for a green tea 'to have here', and I received it in a cup that had obviously not been washed properly (like, there were still sediments in the bottom from its previous use! Eww!). Considering that my EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE of this place has been negative, it has definitely run out of chances with me.

The crew at this store are fabulous. One of the busiest store locations that I have evr visited. They all display an excellent professional customer service standard and depsite the queue, there is never more than a couple of minutes of spent waiting for an order.

Muffin break in Eastland Have a great selection of Muffins and cakes. The cakes are fresh and tasty but do not have the best flavor. I ordered a 'Fresh' orange juice from there and found it wasn't very fresh at all. The pricing is also very high just for a muffin. I will not be going back there anytime soon..

Good service, coffee is pretty good, and their muffins are really yummy.. You can also get light meals and in a very convenient location in eastland food court.

Great muffins and friendly service, no doubt about it! I had a Gluten Free muffin last night, which I'd never had before, and it was dense but really nice. My partner had a blueberry muffin, and loved it too!

The price is a little high, but the muffins are their speciality, so I guess they're entitled to that.

I love the smell of these Muffins when you are passing the food court at Eastlands shopping centre.

I once got a great deal for Muffins and a cuppa and shouted my friend to a Muffin.

I had a berry one and my friend also had a fruit one and I got my kids chocolate ones to take home. Yum!!

They I just drawl when I go past and occasionally when I have enough money I get one.

I love the muffins here, especially the chocolate ones. In the food court so its a bit busy, but has its own seating area to get away from the crowd. Great place for a snack

Great food and the service is fine, but more expensive than most other Muffin Break franchises. The dishes and rubbish in the adjacent dining area could be cleared more frequently.
