Wayne is the best carpet cleaner I have ever heard of and tried out. He usually asks you if you can remember what the stain is from and then treats it accordingly, which means once it has all dried off, the stains are not coming back out like with so many other carpet cleaners. He is fabulous and not very expensive and worth every dollar he charges.
