DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a pair of boots and a onsie for a specific occasion, they were meant to be delivered within 3 - 14 days. The tracking stopped updating 6 days in, and the customer service team was absolutely no help. I emailed multiple times and was just sent the same tracking link that I already had that wasn’t updating and given no further assistance. When the order finally arrived 27 DAYS after ordering and well past the occasion I ordered it for, it had an AliExpress label on the package, so it was clearly dropshipped in from a Chinese AliExpress factory, but it cost 10x more than if I’d just ordered from AliExpress. Avoid this website at all costs!

The tracksuit from MLW had the tag cut off like it was a kmart tracksuit that they just printed on. The size said 2 to 3 years when inordered size 3. If they were range sizes they should have stated that its very small. Also bought another jumper but it is a thin long sleeve top and not worth the price really cheap quality and small for the size. So disappointed.

The goods are actually bought and delivered from AliExpress, therefore if you were intended to buy from there, then its all good, otherwise know it.

These items are shipped from within Australia. We also have some items made in China and shipped directly from the warehouse there. Placed an order for a custom tracksuit with my sons name on. Parcel arrived within a reasonable time, no major delays or anything but unfortunately there was a spelling error on the jumper. I contacted MLW and had a response the next business day, with a label for me to send said item back and that another would be sent out ASAP with the correct spelling. Product arrived promptly, customer service was amazing and the product quality is lovely! Can’t wait to place my next order with you guys
