We are huge MLW fans with a whole wardrobe full cannot get enough your one-stop shop really with a heap of different brands including their own MLW brand all in one place saves on shipping especially at Christmas fast delivery great quality and service is incredible.

I would not recommend this business. The quality is cheaper than it appears on line hence why it is cheap. My order was delivered in 3 seperate parcels one of which l am still waiting on. In all fairness they do warn you it might come in staggered deliveries but l emailed to chase up my last delivery as well as request a return as one of the white suits had a yellow stain on it. When I didn’t receive a reply l emailed 3 more times before l received an emailed asking me to stop sending multiple emails as this would push my first email back to the bottom of the list? So how was l to get any action. Eventually the responded and had chased up the missing item but wanted photos to show the stain which l promptly sent and they replied with…. The stain is not evident and the photos are blurry! I told them to forget it and l won’t deal with them again. Just too hard when you think you’re supporting an Australian retailer and spending over $ 275.00 to do so, this product and service is not worth the ongoing inconvenience. Reviews on their website are all 5 star so l don’t know that they’re operating transparently in all honesty.

I also wanted to check to make sure that your message was answered in a timely manner, so I have now looked back at the message thread which shows that you wrote to us on Sunday the 21st of November and Roy replied to you on Monday the 22nd. Our office is only open Monday to Friday and we do endeavour to get to all the emails from the weekend as soon as possible on a Monday.
I am sorry that our request for another image that showed the mark made you unhappy. We ask for an image that shows the issue so that we can forward it to our teams for quality control.

Quality of clothes is really bad. Not only its cheap fabric but also stitching is loose. The photos on the website are deceiving and they are charging way too much for the cheap fabric. Will not buy from them and will definitely not recommend them. Only good thing was communication. They replied with in a day.

First bad review I've ever written … well because it’s totally necessary to help stop them praying on other unsuspecting people!
Appalling quality of the Arlo Set. With equally appalling customer service regarding the matter.
Sent pictures of the appalling item received to My Little Wardrobe - they responded that the item DID meet their 'quality control standards'.
Which means they have no standards whatsoever and think that it’s perfectly acceptable to mislead you, take your money and send you absolute rubbish.
It's quite a shame I cannot upload the pictures here for you to see for yourself what they deem as 'quality'.
As a further insult, the sizing is not true (its tiny) so good luck with it fitting your kid.
They offered me an apology and a SORRY20 discount code off my 'next purchase' (pffttt yeah right).
With the option to return the disgraceful item I received at MY OWN COST again.
What a disaster of an online store. You’ll find better or par quality from online store Shein at a fraction of the price.
I left a review on their website - but as you will see, they censor them and only allow a few 5* reviews to make the cut.

The general feedback we have received is that, by age, the fit of this Arlo set is a generous one, so I really apologise that it did not suit you.
We have carefully checked the images you sent to us of the item and were unable to detect any fault that would affect the use of the set. We also endeavour to provide items of like or better quality to those with a similar price on the market.

What communication for the exchange of the item for a larger size is that?
Now you are telling fibs this communication does not and could not exist as I already bought the item in the largest size that you sell - 18-24 months!
And like I said regarding the quality and functionality - the pictures speak for themselves - just a huge shame I cannot upload those here as that would resolve this moot point wouldn't it. The pictures speak a thousand words.
So your offer is that after I have already paid for my original purchase, paid for the postage (to me); you then want ME to cover the cost of returning this abysmal item back to you.
Wouldn't waste more of my time and money on you quite frankly; its gone in the bin where it belongs.
I'll leave you to get back to what you're good at - praying on some other unsuspecting person.

Ordered two outfits. Both came in the wrong size. Was sent with a receipt indicating that I ordered the wrong size. When I later checked my emails I realised it was there fault, not only did they send me the wrong size, they tried to pass it off as me ordering wrong thing.
Emailed company months ago and never received a response.
Highly recommend avoiding this company.

The size choice in the website ordering process is not physically entered by a person on our end, so the size you selected on the website is the same size that is on the receipt, because that is also generated by the selection you made on the website.
This means that unless you emailed us specifically to change the size you chose, we would not have been able to change the size you selected.
I am also sorry to read that you emailed us and did not receive a response. We pride ourselves on responding in a timely manner to all the emails we receive, so I can only assume that we did not receive your email.
