Terrible customer service. I thought it was an Australian business I was supporting but they order their stuff from China. Clothes are cheap & very bad quality.
Have received 2/3 items after one month of waiting and approximately 10-15 emails.

Disgraceful service and communication and the email in attempting to resolve the issue was met with absolutely disgraceful tone to the email.
No idea about customer service. Can’t review the product because I never ended up receiving it!

I purchased an item for my sin which I was very excited about. It was only $37 after 4 weeks I contacted My Little Wardrobe to see where my item was or for tracking details. I got a response to say that its delayed with covid. After 7 weeks contacted the team again they let me know that my item would not be arriving! Then refunded me within a few hours.

Items made in China, very poor quality, one item I bought had 2(!!!!) holes at the seams. The fabric is very thin and poorly manufactured. The first half of my package arrived three weeks after ordering and who knows when the second half will arrive. A refund was ordered to me for the first item (thank you), however, for me it doesn’t detract from the fact that 1) this doesn’t appear to be an Australian store and 2) the time wasted in waiting for these items to arrive (birthday gifts).

I wouldn’t rate the company at all. They are an Australian site who I assumed would ship in a reasonable time. It’s been 3 weeks and the order isn’t even in Australia yet and it won’t arrive for when we need it (it’s a 1st birthday outfit). When I contacted them I was told it says online (in terms and conditions- not in bold writing to be clear with buyers) that shipment may take some time over Chinese New Year. If I knew it was shipped from China I wouldn’t have ordered from an Australian site.
Do not waste your money.

Order was split into 2 parcels. First one arrived within 2 weeks. A month later and the other has still not arrived. I emailed to find out where it was and was told it had now been updated to shipped. Another week later still no update on tracking and no sign of the rest of my order!
I sent one item back from the first part of my order, quality was terrible! Would not recommend, not worth the trouble or money!
Update - after being told via email correspondence that my 2nd parcel had been shipped and was on its way and still not receiving it nearly 2 weeks later, I emailed again! Only to be told they don't even have them in stock....Just WOW!

Disappointed with the quality of the clothing seems cheaply made which is thin and rough feeling material. I don't recommend buying baby clothes from here. I Bought this for a baby shower embarrassed to give it to her.

I am updating a previous review from 1 star to 4. Why? I rated this company one star as my attempts to contact them by their advertised email address about a missing package fell on deaf ears. However, I managed to connect with them via social media, and from there on it has been service all the way. I think they still have a bit of a problem regarding the emails never reaching them apparently that needs to be addressed. Hopefully they will. But well done My Little Wardrobe for turning the expereince around.

Ordered couple of cardigans for my grandson, waited almost 3 weeks and when finally arrived I couldn’t believe my eyes. Cardigans were thrown into plastic bags, no tags whatsoever. One of them was advertised as 100% cotton online and when I’ve received it, it stated it’s 100% acrylic. It also looked so stretch out, wrinkled and as if it came from one of the street’s markets. The other one stated online it would be a blue colour but what I’ve received was a light green. The quality of both cardigans was absolutely appalling, I’ve paid almost $80 for both but they’re not worth even $10 each. When I’ve contacted customer service they never apologised, just told me I can ask for a refund and send it back, which I did but it still cost me $19 for postage. Not to mention that when my parcel was delivered, sender wasn’t Mylittlewardrobe but some another name in Chinese so I assume my order was actually imported from China. Anyway, would never trust this company again and would never recommend it.
