My Sydney Hypnotherapy gets 5* all the time for a reason. It's good. Really good. I had been suffering with social anxiety/blushing for a while now, it was taking over my life and I felt I had lost complete control. I always come across as a very confident person, but then old thought patterns would crop up & I couldn't shake my anxiety. I was hesitant about going for hypnotherapy - but thank goodness I decided YES. If you are suffering, please HELP yourself. You'll make yourself happy and others around you! I had 6 sessions, and found that George was very understanding, reassuring, and really passionate about what he does. After the first session, I was more calm and at peace within myself as I suffer from anxiety. I like a lot of people was very suspicious of hypnotherapy, I never thought it would work for me.
I suffered from anxiety for over 18 years. I had car crash when I was 18 years old and since then I was unable to get behind the wheels. No matter, what I tried, I just couldn't do it. Even the thought of driving give me panic attacks. I was dependent on my husband to drive me everywhere.
Then my sister went though a horrible time in her life and after spending hundreds of dollars in therapy she decided to go to George Swan.
He was amazing. And it changed her life.
So I had to try it myself and it was the best thing I ever did.
After seeing him, for the first time in my life I was free of anxiety! I could get behind the wheels my car and drive! With no fear. I could do normal things, like take my children to school, go to the shops to buy milk and bread. It's the most amazing feeling to be free and independent.
