I Had a fantastic experience at Myer recently. The staff were kind and helped you with what you were looking for. I think the things that I bought were a great price and I will be going back there very soon.

I love shopping here. Not only is it cheap, the service is great as well! I adore the clothes here and there's always a sale going on. It has everything I need in one big shop!

very big store with lots of products but no customer service. Then when going to pay for my purchase I had to walk around to find a register that had a clerk.

They are very polite and helpful, when you need help, it is nice and warm in their and for instance in the bra department, I need help usually, so they go and get what you need.

Sometimes there is no one at the checkout which makes it very annoying and hardly to make your purchases and get out quickly. When sales are on the prices are great, but when they are not some items are very expensive.

My experience was OK/average. The store was really well set out and easy to find things, however, I couldn't locate a staff member to assist me and I even found some of the counters where unattended.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The store was very neat, and everything clearly displayed and marked. Mum and I found a wide range of products, and I was able to buy her the perfect mothers day present for a very competitive price.

I bought a polo top two weeks ago.
Recently I put it on to discover it had a slight fault.loose stitching.
I took it back to Myer.
I had lost/misplaced my receipt and expected a hassle but the staff replaced the polo without too much of an issue.

I have never had such bad service before. Good luck trying to find a staff member. I went to buy luggage as there was a sale and there was no one working in the luggage department that day. For some unknown reason they keep changing the perfume section so you never know where to find it. Sometimes you can walk through the Revlon department to go to the cosmetics, the the next time you come in it is blocked off. The only thing i like about this store is the lady in revlon. She is the most helpful cosmetics person i have come aross. She knows her products and always know what i want whe i come in. Infact if it wasnt for her friendlyness and product knollage i would never come in to this disaster of a place.

they could definately use some more staff during sale time, which is when you can really get some bargains but have to wait to pay, no chance of service for information at this time
