I bought a polo top two weeks ago.
Recently I put it on to discover it had a slight fault.loose stitching.
I took it back to Myer.
I had lost/misplaced my receipt and expected a hassle but the staff replaced the polo without too much of an issue.

A young customer ordered a thick shake and after it was handed to him he dropped it and spilt a fair bit of it . One of the young counter freely replaced it with another shake without question., making the young customer very happy.

very slow customer service. Waited for several minutes to be served/addressed in a qyue of 5 people while one bank representative was trying to deal with one customer.

movie entertainment for the whole family. Pick the movie of your choice and watch it in a clean theatre. Food and drink items can be expensive if you have the whole family with you but if you attend to see a movie only it is well worth the experience.

The store has a great range of alcohol and very competitive pricing but the manger also has the discretion of price matching a competitor's price if you ask for it to be done and you provide evidence of the competitor's price in the form of a catalog or similar.

The staff -customer service person and the bank manager were friendly and courteous. The counter service officer provided advise and information on financial products I was having difficulty with.
