I bought a polo top two weeks ago.
Recently I put it on to discover it had a slight fault.loose stitching.
I took it back to Myer.
I had lost/misplaced my receipt and expected a hassle but the staff replaced the polo without too much of an issue.

A young customer ordered a thick shake and after it was handed to him he dropped it and spilt a fair bit of it . One of the young counter freely replaced it with another shake without question., making the young customer very happy.

very slow customer service. Waited for several minutes to be served/addressed in a qyue of 5 people while one bank representative was trying to deal with one customer.

great range of electrical products including comptuure, televisions, games and music CDs. They offer cash deals and will match a competotors price where possible.

quality fresh fruit and vegetables. Competitive pricing. They provide various gradings of some fruit and vegetables so that you can choose the price range that suits you.

good range of fresh cakes at competitive prices. great tasting coffee or cool drinks offered in a clean area. Seating sufficient at most times of the day.

wide range of products from small electrical items to stationery, cans of food and sweets to clothing at a competitive price and reasonable quality. Service is fine and overall value is good.

movie entertainment for the whole family. Pick the movie of your choice and watch it in a clean theatre. Food and drink items can be expensive if you have the whole family with you but if you attend to see a movie only it is well worth the experience.

The store has a great range of alcohol and very competitive pricing but the manger also has the discretion of price matching a competitor's price if you ask for it to be done and you provide evidence of the competitor's price in the form of a catalog or similar.

The staff -customer service person and the bank manager were friendly and courteous. The counter service officer provided advise and information on financial products I was having difficulty with.
