I have attended Myers Street Dental clinic for many years, and booked an appointment with Dr. Joseph Juric after being unable to see my regular dentist.

In 15 minutes Dr. Juric:
- anaesthetised without consent
- drilled so deeply that I may lose my tooth
- put a temporary dressing on that has fused my back two teeth together and created an infection
- left me in constant pain with no follow-up advice
- told me I would need a mouthful of crowns and asked "how much money do you have"
- charged $440 for this

After being forced to take several days off work due to the pain (I am an ICU nurse), I got a second opinion at another clinic. This dentist spent more time fixing my crude temporary filling than Dr. Juric spent on my entire appointment. I also needed an antibiotic prescription to treat the infection Dr. Juric created.

I consider that the treatment I received borders on negligence and wish I could give less than one star! But 5 stars to my new dentist for listening to me and fixing my botched treatment.

Have used this dentist for some time but last few times have felt ripped off, had to go back a number of times kept getting x rays, quotes and advice without actually the clean I went in there for. Feeling like I was a cash cow. Going else where

I went here to get my teeth whitened because im a smoker and the dentist was really friendly. He did a great job whitening my teeth but its quite expensive.

Really family friendly warm staff and superb dentists, definitely recommend overall WOW just wish I could of continued the treatments required unfortunately it became out of my price range like a decade ago.

Great dentists if you are prepared to get ripped off! They wanted to remove one of my front teeth as it was going to cost so much for a root canal. I said no thank you and shopped around. I go another dentist opposite Kardinia Park who gave me a wonderful result and at half the price. My advise is to shop around. Yes they do a great job but other dentists do to and charge much less.

I was really disappointed with this dentist. I went in for a check up and came out with a $290 bill which included items such (as $42 for oral hygeine instruction (all I was shown was how to use floss which I politely listened to thinking it was part of the friendly service) and 2 x xrays that were unnecessary and not requested). I am nervous at dentists and most of the time work was done without explaining what they were about to do or doing. Also throughout my appointment the door was left open and there were 4 interruptions from the front office staff while I was being examined.
My dentist was friendly enough but I felt uncomfortable during the whole procedure.

very professional, would not go anywhere else and my dentist makes my children feel at ease.. I am also very scared and Amelia makes me feel really good even because she can also remember the chats we had the time before so I dont feel like a number. Amelia is so good with children and they have a great waiting room for the kids so they are happy before going in..

The cost obviously depends on the treatment you require, but I do believe that the dentists at this clinic provide an excellent service, in a very personal atmosphere.

I am probably the worlds greatest chicken when it comes to dentists. That is until I met a friend who is even more scared than I am. She advised me to try the clinic and now our whole family goes to see Melinda. She is just wonderful with little kids and big kids like me. it is even a semi pleasant experience now. Don't let a bad experience ruin your teeth. Just trust this dentist and you will be smiling all the way home.

The dentist I see is very gentle and friendly. Quite chatty so it takes your mind off what is happening! He's very thorough and efficient. He's also great with children.
