Nabiha was my regular coffee shop for my work day coffee fix. They served the best coffee not only in Moonee Ponds, but in my opinion, in the greater Melbourne region. They had a small but ample food menu and managed to make it work despite having a tiny kitchen. Unfortunately, Nabiha has closed down. It will be missed in Moonee Ponds!

I have never physically been to Nabiha, but have had their coffee brought to me by a friend on a number of occasions. The coffee is like liquid gold, and never disappoints. I would make this my regular cafe in a heartbeat if I lived locally.

Like the others have said, this is a teeny tiny little cafe in Moonee Ponds, conveniently located on Hall st, just outside the shopping centre (Kmart side) entrance. Great food, different from the usual in a pleasing way. Mostly Lebanese-inspired, the menu options may look daunting if you are not used to middle-eastern cuisine, but the food is well worth it. My boyfriend LOVED his Lamb flatbread and my egg, mushroom, potato and beans dish was amazing. Everything is made with such care and the service is great too. We'll come back to try the other menu options next time for sure. Only downside is that it takes a while for your food to be served, but with such a tiny kitchen and everything freshly made, that is to be expected. worth the wait!

I visited Nabiha on the recommendation of my husband, who said they have outstanding service and coffee.

I was not disappointed. The lady who served me was kind and accommodating. Even towards the end of her shift, when she must have been tiring, she went the extra mile in her duties and served a wonderful latte. I also overheard her giving another customer a free treat, which made me smile.

One thing which also struck me was that Nabiha have a good range of organic juices in their drinks fridge. I am always really happy to find businesses that consider the impact they have upon the world: Form Café in Essendon does this with their usage of recycled water and recyclable plates. Nabiha does this too by choosing organic drinks over less earth-friendly options. I am a Christian, so for me witnessing such behaviour is evidence that people are being good stewards of the planet God has given us, which is always heartening.

I will be back to Nabiha for certain in future, as their food menu looked excellent too.

Kind regards in Christ,
Naomi

It's a credit to the 'Ponds that there's now a choice of great coffee places: Nabiha is one of the first. It's quite teeny tiny, but that's part of the appeal. If you're after a groovy little place to grab a caffeine hit, with the added temptation of an almond croissant (for eg), then this is the place to come.

A fantastic little place for consistently fine coffee and light food. The design I love: small, intimate and industrial yet somehow airy at the same time. Some might not find the layout private enough, but it's only a teeny tiny place.

The staff here seriously know their coffee shit, and without fail make it beautifully every time. The menu is small but also consistently good, with mostly Leb-style stuff done with top-quality ingredients (I think mostly made from scratch?) like za'atar pizza with labne and rocket. Food-wise, if you're after a filling lunch this is probably not the place, but for a snack or light meal it's just right.

It was about time Moonee Ponds started upping the game when it comes to coffee. The keyword for Nabiha is just consistency, consistency, consistency; everything they do is perfect every time, and they really take pride in that.

perfectly said, they do take pride in their food and coffee and obviously love what they do, which is a pleasant change to tired hospitality staff.

Amazing coffee, possible best in Melbourne but at least in my top five. The Lebanese woman who kick started this business really deserves the highest praise as the food and drinks are amazing. Way to go Nabiha!!!!!!!!!!
