I've used them twice moving between properties. First time was with the actual owner of the business present. The job was a tough one where there were lots of steps going up to the house and another set going to the second storey. However job was done with lots of care to not damage the wooden floor boards we had and to not dirty or damage our furniture.

The second time wasn't as good. The owner of the business was not there. We had dirty mattresses, damaged bed heads, light fixtures being bumped into with mattresses. One of the removalists was a smoker and managed to fill the house with the smoke smell just by moving things in. Not good for a non-smoking family. However they were very co-operative, brought all the furniture into the correct rooms. They did miss one or two items from the old house which we said they should take though. Which meant we had to move them ourselves later.
