I recently had my laptop repaired by NCSS and was very unhappy with the whole service. As the laptop was under warranty I had to take it to an authorised repairer. The closest was NCSS who are over an hour drive from my home in Metro Sydney.
The repair was very slow, it took months when it really should've taken only a few weeks. When the repair was finally completed, I tried to organise the laptop to be returned to me by courier, which they flatly refused to do. The laptop was actually sent out to the repairer by the store I had purchased it from, but they refused to courier it back to me or the store even though I offered to pay the costs. This meant I had to take a day off work and drive an hour there to pick it up then drive an hour back! I wrote a complaint and emailed them but it took over a week to get any response and by then already picked up my laptop.
The repair was expensive and not covered by warranty, but I am aware that this is quite standard for the industry. The work they did was of a good quality and they saved all the files that were on my laptop.
I would not use them again as I feel their customer service is very poor, and they caused me a huge amount of inconvenience.
