Dear Carly, thank you for your feedback. We always strive to improve on our customer service and highly value all feedback - positive or negative. While the drivers are in a depot - they are off-loading and loading the skips, our team start at 5.30am and by 7am he was back from another job, which unfortunately caused delay. In a trucking business - there are other factors which govern time, such as traffic conditions and un-forseen delays on prior jobs. We would like to assure you that the driver was late not because of any malicious intent, our boys are trying their best and work long hours until all the jobs are done. We value your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We wish you a successful completion of your project and thank you once again for your feedback.
