I have been using Neighbourhood IT for many years & find them efficient & attentive. They have set up new computers for us & maintained others & have kept one work horse computer work long past its expiry date. I would highly recommend them.

I run a small business with half a dozen computers and I have been using these guys for the last few years and they have given fast reliable service either on site or drop off at their workshop, whichever is appropriate. My laptop hard disk died just before an overseas trip and they went out of their way to save all my data and get it on to a new disk before my travel date.

They knew the problem but took too long to let us know and kept our computer with them when we could have used it. Not fixing any problem they charged us over $70 just to diagnose the problem, which another place would have done for much less or nothing.
