Did PC clean up - disk reformat and software reloaded, new external hard drive installed along with (very easy to use) back up software which they developed in-house. Also installed back up software on my laptop.

I chose these people based on WOMOW reviews (and after I had had a bad experience with *another* computer shop). Bert was thorough in diagnosing the issues with my PC and patient in explaining what he proposed to do and what the cost would be for the work required. I would be happy to recommend these people and I will use them again.

BERT CAI AT NETSQUARE HAS ASSISTED ME SEVERAL TIMES WITH MY THREE BUSINESS PC'S. WITHOUT HIS VALUABLE EXPERTISE AND COOL BUT FRIENDLY NATURE I WOULD HAVE SUFFERED VERY MUCH INSOFAR AS SEVERAL BIG PROJECTS WERE CONCERNED. I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST PC PEOPLE AROUND AFTER TRYING OTHERS THAT COULD NOT ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM.

I had a crashed PC for almost 3 months. Every body around me suggested that I should get a new PC. I tried Netsquare in Blackburn last week, they checked and suggested to repair. $250, I got PC repaired and RAM upgraded. The PC is now running like a rocket. I am very happy about that.

My second PC was extremely slow. After their excellent service, it runs as fast as new.
