was quoted $ 150 to install new antenna point in bedroom was to be run from existing aerial.Then decided to run from existing point in lounge still cost $150 for a few meters of cable & a few clips to hold in place, which could have been done by a 3 year old it was so bad. The technician didn't even give his name.I am now in the process of removing each clip & putting them in properly. technician was very courteous but I wouldn't recommend his work. I'm now out of pocket & $150 for poor quality work.

Was quoted $120 fixed price in email to install one extra TV point in the living room. Guy ended up charging me $270!!! Saying an amplifier costs $150? What a scam! Quotes should be the same as the actual cost if providing a fixed cost. Unreliable tradesman, don't use it!

Was quoted between $120 and $190. Guy turned up and said there were three prices $190, $270 and $350. What a scam. Quotes should be close to what the actual cost is going to be unless there are unforeseen problems. No problems just under-quoting.

Was about to move into my new place and during the final inspection realised that there were no antennas. I was worried that with us moving in 2 days that I could not get it done in time. I saw an ad in the local paper and rang Rick on his mobile after 5pm on a wednesday. Booked in for the guys to come in on Friday morning. They arrived on time, went through some options for me and quickly got round to doing it. Work was good and done very quickly. The fact that I could pay with my credit card was an added bonus. Good business I would recommend.

Just had my digital antenna installed. The technicians arrived at the time promised which was great. However, actual amount paid was higher than price quoted even though all details in regards to antenna type was clarified at the point of obtaining quote. Went ahead as I didn't want to make too much fuss.

I rang up Friday afternoon to have a new antenna installed. Rich came over & put it up on Saturday morning, which was great because my husband & I work full time & the weekend is the only time we have off. Very happy with the service. Thanks.

I had my old TV antenna bracket replaced with a new one. The office was very professional when I phoned them, and the technician arrived promptly at the time arranged. He worked out that the old TV antenna pole was attached to the roof by a couple of rotten bits of wood (explaining why my reception was so bad when it was windy), replaced the bracket with a new one and got the antenna lined up for optimal signal strength. The price was as quoted ($100 incl parts), the job was done well and the technician was very pleasant, so I would definitely recommend this company to others for antenna installations.
