After having my appointment reschedulled twice I finally arrived but the radiographer was not there but staff still said x-rays would cost the full amount even when done by someone who isn't a professional. Was told I must be in pain and there was a lot to fix. This is untrue. I think they are just about convincing people they are ill when they are indeed fine. The 'Dr' was terribly rude and spoke to the receptionist in an unprofessional and demeaning way. Never going back and would not recommend them to anyone! In fact I have told my friends in the area NOT to go here. I now see a physio and am much happier.

Worst experience ever, I havent come across a more unprofessional business. I purchased a voucher at the Mind Body Spirit festival. Their receptionist called to make the appointment at the beginning of the week which was to be on that Thursday. I arrived at the Parramatta office and the staff who had made the appointment said I was not booked in. They told me I was in the system, but no appointment had been booked. One of the other Chiropractors came out and said the Radiographer had gone home for the day, so I requested a refund. Apparently its non-refundable. Not something I was informed of. They had another look in the system, and apparently I WAS booked in for the following week. The attitude was disgraceful. At that point I again asked for a refund, and they agreed, it was the best option but again, the unprofessional attitude I dont even know how to do these, Ive never had to do one. Completely unnecessary. If they were having a bad day, Im sorry. Its unfortunate they couldnt take responsibility for screwing up my appointment and made it out to be my fault, because the message being sent to the reception staff is that there is no need for them to take responsibility for their actions or mistakes. Im a business person myself, it cost me to take time out of my day. I certainly wont be going back and certainly won't be recommending anyone.

I was told after a bad fall from a great height, by my doctors and specialist, that I would never be free from pain, and would always need to be medicated, even AFTER surgery to relieve the pressure on the nerves in my spine. It was suggested by a friend that I contact Dr Jabbour at New World, to see what could be done. I asked my specialists opinion, and he laughed, and said, "If that is how you want to waste your money, who am I to stop you" Well, from the beginning, Dr "Rosie" was confident, and though it took almost a year to get me "right", I am so much better than what the doctors had told me I would be, in fact, I am on NO medication, I am pain FREE, and I am now riding my motorbike, and 4WDing, things I could never have done again had I taken the surgical route. Surgery would have cost me MORE, long term, including rehab etc than what the Chiropractic program cost, and given a much less desirable outcome. Thank you Dr Rosie, for your knowledge, dedication, and for instilling in me a belief that there are often options out there, we just need to be open to finding them. As a foot note, New World have moved , they are now located at 44/1 Macquarie Street Parramatta, through the phone number is still the same. I cannot urge you strongly enough to try, at the least if you have back pain, neck pain or something similar, go for a check up with this company. They have on site XRays and the care is second to none. Scream it from the rooftops!.
