I joined NIB last year. The benefits are reasonable for the amount you pay. However, this year I've had problems with claiming the optical. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon. They have been diligent to reply to my emails in the past, so I shouldn't have any further problems.

I have been a member of NIB for over 10 years and love their fantastic customer service, great website and all of the benefits I get from using my card. When you phone the customer service centre and they have a few calls ahead of yours you have the option of them phoning you back which they do promptly. I have always been 100% happy with the service I have received.
