Amazing outcome. Highly recommended. It was not Nicole's Hair Lounge service, which included cups of tea and being greeted by name. It was not her reasonable prices, or clean, happy shop. It was not even her professional and articulate staff. It was her cheerful invitation to me to return FREE OF CHARGE when I decided I wasn't completely happy with the look I'd asked for. Absolutely unequalled in her class.

Highly recommended. Nicole's hair lounge has a wonderful atmosphere and fabulous staff. The professionalism is outstanding and the hair cut are of the highest standards.

I had my full head of foils and blow wave in this salon. all ladies were nice and friendly, the color turned out to be not the best but not the worst either. Howeever, you would pay same amount of money in the more luxurious Melbourne salon than this one...I wont go there again

Absolutely fantastic hair salon, always friendly, knowlegable staff and they are on time (I never have to wait to be seated). Hailey really knows her stuff. I get foils & a cut done and I'm always happy when I walk out! Thank you Hailey, you've got me as a long time customer now :)

these girls are so good . do yourself a favor and go here . I had called up earlier in the day to discuss what to do with my very long box dyed hair / pricing etc as I wanted to lighten it. Hailey was extremely knowledgable and professional and gave me realistic advice . I also had her for my cut and foils and it looked amazing . All of the girls there really care about thier work and do everything properly ( sadly a rare thing in most places I've been to) . so nice to finally find a good hairdresser !

I took my nearly 4 year old daughter to this salon this morning for her first haircut after she hacked at it herself with scissors. My daughter has extremely curly, short, fine hair. Hayley was so kind, patient & did a wonderful job at tidying the "interesting" cut my daughter had given herself. Hayley was guided by Nicole who herself has curly hair & advised Hayley the best way to approach my daughters hair. Thank you Hayley. You made my daughters first haircut experience a delight. The salon is beautifully clean & the staff their today were lovely. Thank you again. We will be back.

On the 15th June i had my hair cut and tipped at your Croydon salon and i had not been there before and i was very impressed with the results. So i will be back as a regular customer the girl that did my hair name was Natasha and she was excellent so a bonus should be given to her as i am very nervous going somewhere new and she was tops plus the coffee was very tasty and it was a very relaxing day

After moving to Melbourne about 2 years ago, it took me some time to find a hairdresser in which I had confidence, not to mention a place that provided such a welcoming atmosphere. The salon itself is like a breath of fresh air and and both Nicole and Natasha (who does my hair) likewise. I believe this is because they really like people and are interested in them and their respective stories.

I take my elderly mother to Nicole and she is fabulous with her and cuts and blow waves her hair to perfection.
