I go to Nicole's on a monthly basis. There are plenty of other Hairstylists in the local area, however, Nicole's Hair Lounge creates a welcoming feeling. The staff are genuinely friendly and the value is outstanding from my experience.

Nicole and her staff have always been very friendly and professional. An ideal mix for me. I am hopeless with my hair & leave it up to them to sort me out. I have always left the Lounge feeling very happy with what they have done & happily recommend them to other friends.

On many occasions I have walked in frustrated with my hair and have sat down and said 'I don't care what you do, surprise me!' And I have never been disappointed!! I have full trust in the all the staff at the salon and know that they are great advisors on what may suit and what may not and offer excellent alternatives... As a single mum of 4, I know I can walk in and zone out and know my pocket won't be left empty. And my kids love it there as well!! My boy is petrified of having his hair cut but he will always let Nicole cut his hair without any encouragement because she is so fantastic with kids!! I have also had make up done on many occasions, including my wedding by both Natasha and Nicole and was amazed with the quality of products AND the quality of service. I will not go anywhere else!!

Nicole has been cutting my hair for 15 years. She is experienced and I value her suggestions each time I am looking for something different. Her time in Europe has provided her with more styles to suggest which I really value.

Nicole has been my hairdresser for the past 10 years. I have had nearly every colour in my hair, from blonde to black & back to blonde again! Her customer service and professionalism is outstanding, and she takes great pride in what she does. All the girls there are very friendly and welcoming, and they ensure that you leave there feeling amazing & satisfied with your results. Nicole has also done my make-up for special occasions & I am in awe of her work. my mum and I have been going to this hairdressers for over 20 years. the girls here are absolutely wonderful and deliver a magnificent service to their customers. they know everyone by name, especially their regulars, and go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable and relaxed. whenever I go to this place I always come out feeling revived...something soothing about the place. i get Natasha to do my hair and she does a terrific job and at an affordable price. easy location too as it's near croydon station. appointments generally run to schedule and you won't have to wait forever to get an appointment. would highly recommend.

Nicole has been my hairdresser of choice for many years. Hated my hair when she went away to England for a year but now she has whipped it back into health and shape. All the staff are fantastic. They listen carefully to what you want done and believe me you will NEVER be disappointed in the results. I always come away from the salon feeling like a princess and with money still in my purse. If you want great hair for a more than reasonable price Nicole's hair lounge is THE place to go.

I am always thrilled with my "new do" when I visit Nicole's Hair Lounge. From the moment you arrive the staff are friendly and welcoming and ready to make you a Latte. Nicole takes the time to discuss your ideas and offer suggestions if you are not sure. On my last visit ,as well as a style cut ,I had a full head of blonde foils and left with a great new look . the girls in the shop are friendly, and will listen to what you want for your hair style. Clients' ages are varied, who go to the shop. My husband and I both get our hair cuts done at the saloon. I can pretty much get my haircut, when I need it done, and not have to wait for weeks for an appointment.
