On Tuesday 12th December 2023 I went there with my Mum and Denise this afternoon for Lunch and they shared a Seafood Mezze and I had a Saganaki. We both had a glass of water to drink, which was very refreshing.

Great quality food and great service. Have been there a number of times over the years. Also love their take away. Loved by the family so much that they are catering for my sons wedding in September. Highly recommend!

I went there with Kerrie to get some takeaway for Lunch this afternoon and I ordered the same thing to eat and Kerrie ordered the same to eat as well. The staff were nice to her and the service was amazing but I will not be returning anymore ever and you will lose me as a customer unless you do the takeaway Calamari and Chips for me for $8 everytime I come.

NOT WORTH IT - POOR QUALITY
Nikos needs to seriously look at it what they serve up. After being a LONG term customer Nikos food quality has consistently declined leaving their souvalarkis tasting bland, soggy, poorly made and just simply third rate. Won't buy there again.

We usually get the takeaway from here and then have a feast at home. My favourite is the grilled veggies while the kids favourite is the creamy mushroom. The fat chips are a must!

My experience is as follows :

I accidentally ordered pick up instead of delivery. I called to ask if this could be rectified, and was asked to check if I could pay for the $6 delivery fee. Apparently, taking an extra 30 seconds to try and find this change warranted me being insulted by nearby staff (what I heard paraphrased: "First she mucks up her order and now she doesn't even have money? What a mess, how disorganised/ridiculous/dare she"). But nevermind, hospitality can be stressful, and I chalked it up as just someone having a bad day, and apologized for the trouble.

When I found the change, and provided my address, and was told delivery would be in the next hr, I thought that was the end of it. My address is not terribly far, I've ordered from Nikos before, so I am confused about why food that takes 20 minutes to prepare(according to the conformation txt I received upon ordering) pick up took over an hr (from time of order, nearly an hour and a half) to deliver. But I thought maybe things were busy, traffic was bad, and let that also slide.

The part that confused me, is why the person delivering the food then waited outside in their car, and continued to make phone calls instead of delivering the food. I did not even know this as I was in the bathroom and my housemate who kept an eye out for the delivery advised me as he too was confused about tjis random car parked out front, doing nothing (I thought perhaps they might not have been able to find the address, but I received no calls). Parked outside. Multiple phone calls. On loud speaker in a multiple unit community after 6 (housemate could hear the conversation from inside the house).

I thought, at least the food is here, let's not make a fuss. The food arrived cold, and the chips were sweaty. It was clearly cooked early on and then just left in wait. The oysters smelled off, the lamb was dry, and I had to throw out all the food I ordered as I couldn't deem it edible.

I know Nikos has the ability to provide good food, which is why I ordered from them multiple times, but the rude remarks, the seemingly intentional delay, on top of deeply questionable quality vexes me.

I spent over an hr waiting for cold, inedible food with the added bonus of being blatantly disrespected, made to feel like garbage, because as a paying customer I made the mistake of thinking I could ask for a particular level of quality in food, and treated with a basic level of professionalism and manners (not even reaching for the stars here). I am deeply dissapointed, insulted, and feel ripped off quite frankly, with Nikos and recommend people order from literally anythjng else from anywhere else.

Truthfully, the only reason I'm leaving even 1 star, is because the kind employee on the phone was nothing but patient and understanding, and was the only professional and good quality part of this entire experience.

I would not recommend eating here. Service was terrible only 3 tables seated when we arrived. We were a table of 2 waited 15 mins to ask if we would like a drink 10 mins for drinks to arrive. 25 mins for entrees to arrive then another hour we waited before we left the table and our meals were ready so we took it as take away which was cold and paid full price without an offer to discount any of our meal. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

Have only been here once staff got my order wrong food was of a average standard but just may have been a off day for the chef sadly wont be going backhopefully they will get better

DON'T BOTHER!
So rude and terrible customer service. We tried to order takeaway and told it would take an hr, we cancelled. They then showed up (an hour later) but we'd already ordered something else. We later copped a ridiculous ABUSIVE phone call from them and when we called back to complain they refused to speak with us but we could hear another member of staff in the background saying "he didn't care. Stuff it, go elsewhere where they'll at least be friendly!

I had booked for a group of friends to catchup on a Friday night. We thought Greek could be a bit of fun and we had dined at the same place mid-week 12 months earlier and had enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately this time the service was poor, we needed to constantly get the waitresses attention when the restaurant was not even full. When the band started playing, it was so loud you could not hear the person next to you speak! At that time, many people at other tables left. Don't get me wrong if there was lots of people dancing and having a good time and the music was loud it probably would have been fine, but we found it disappointing.
